Two campuses price differently. Islamabad (official fee page): per-semester figures for full credit load (BSCS 16 CH, BBA 19 CH); BSCS first semester Rs 198,650 incl. one-time charges. Hyderabad (official Fall-2026 schedule): cheaper; one-time Admission Rs 30,000 + refundable Security Rs 15,000 + ID Rs 150; per-semester Exam & Course-Registration Rs 500/course, Student Activity Rs 1,500, Lab Rs 3,000 (CS/SE/AI). Islamabad social sciences published Rs 92,500-101,500 across IR/Sociology/Psych/Economics.

- What aggregate do I need for SZABIST?
- SZABIST uses its own entry test alongside academic marks. No fixed aggregate cutoff is published but they look at the full profile including test performance and grades. It is a selective private university, especially for computing and business programs.
- Does SZABIST accept O-level and A-level students?
- Yes. IBCC equivalence is used. SZABIST has campuses in Karachi, Islamabad, Hyderabad, Larkana, and Dubai — and O/A level students are accepted across all of them.
- How many seats does SZABIST offer?
- SZABIST has a multi-campus setup with intake across computing, business, social sciences, and media sciences. The combined intake is moderate — focused enough to maintain quality but large enough to serve students across multiple cities.
- Does SZABIST offer need-based scholarships?
- Yes. SZABIST has financial assistance programs. Apply through their financial aid office — the process typically runs alongside the main admissions cycle.
- What happens after the SZABIST merit list?
- You receive an offer with a deadline to accept and pay your initial fee. Make sure you confirm your campus preference clearly during this stage.
- What is the SZABIST fee structure?
- Private university rates — roughly Rs. 80,000 to 150,000 per semester depending on the program and campus. Competitive within the private university market, especially for computing and business degrees.
- Can I apply to multiple SZABIST campuses?

- What is the SZABIST admission test format?
- The SZABIST Undergraduate Admission Test is a 90-minute paper-based MCQ test with 100 questions: English Grammar and Reading Comprehension (40 Qs), Mathematics and Quantitative Reasoning (35 Qs), and General Knowledge and Analytical Reasoning (25 Qs). The same test paper is used for all UG programs including CS, BBA, Media Sciences, and Engineering. There is no negative marking.
- Does SZABIST accept SAT or NAT scores?
- Yes. SZABIST accepts valid SAT or NTS NAT scores as a direct exemption from the university admission test. Submit your scorecard during the application process via the SZABIST portal. This exemption applies across all campuses — Karachi, Islamabad, Larkana, and Hyderabad.
- When is the SZABIST Fall 2026 admission deadline?
- SZABIST Fall 2026 Round II: application deadline is July 22, 2026 for Karachi and July 23, 2026 for Islamabad. Admission tests run July 27 to 30, 2026 in Karachi and July 25 to August 4, 2026 in Islamabad. Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview after the test. SAT or NAT holders skip the test and go directly to interview.
